Our audience response services include three key steps: Planning, Set-up & Operation, and Reports.
- Planning – At the outset, we will work with you to define your meeting and communication objectives, and determine the best use of our audience response system for you. We’ll also help you develop a strategy for framing questions to deliver the desired results.
Once we receive your questions, TCM prepares slides to be included in your presentation. We make sure that our slides have a “look” consistent with your presentation, incorporating your company logos & custom graphics.
- Set-up & Operation – Our highly skilled technician will go to your meeting location,
to set up your ARS program and have it ready for operation. This individual will also work with your presenters to ensure that they understand how the program works and are comfortable using it. Our technician will then run the program for you– and provide the comprehensive system support you need – throughout your entire meeting.
- Reports – TCM’s audience response program has simple, yet powerful report-generation capabilities. To provide maximum value from the data gathered in your meeting, we will create customized reports for you, formatted in both graphic display and Excel spreadsheet. These reports will be useful to you for post-meeting follow-up, analysis, and planning.
Full-Service & Self-Service Options

That’s because, with the burden of running the system off of your shoulders, you’re free to focus on your employees, clients, associates, or other meeting attendees.
