Now, you can bring the power of interactive wireless audience response to your next meeting.  Using the latest computer technology, TCM’s easy-to-use audience response system (ARS) allows you to interact with, and learn from, your participants.  Also, you’ll

The Interactive Process
Here’s how TCM’s audience response system works.

• Each meeting attendee receives a remote keypad.  (One controller can control up
  to 250 wireless keypads, and one location can have up to eight controllers, for up
  to 2,000 keypads.)

• A question is projected on the screen in front of the audience.  Each question can have up to 10 possible choices.  (Questions can be presented at any time during
  your meeting.)

• Participants respond by using the keypad to select their desired answer.  Because questions are formatted with yes/no, true/false, multiple choice, 1-10 ranking,
  or other simple answers, participants can easily choose the appropriate button.  Participants will have a certain number of seconds to respond (you determine the amount of time allowed). 

• Audience results are instantly tabulated and displayed in slide form on the screen –
  in easy-to-understand graph format (line or bar graphs, and pie charts), showing the breakdown of everyone’s responses.  Results can be tabulated by the entire group, teams, individual responses, or demographic units.

• All of the information gathered in the meeting is retained in a database, and can be converted to both graphic display and Excel spreadsheet format for post-meeting reports.

Large or Small Groups Benefit from ARS
